These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and berpkr ("berpkr", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at https://berpkr.app. By registering an account, accessing any part of the berpkr platform, placing any bet, or claiming any promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the berpkr platform. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and the berpkr Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.
Important: These Terms are written in plain English for the benefit of Pakistani players. They are intended to be read and understood — not buried. If anything is unclear, please contact berpkr support before proceeding.
To register and use berpkr, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times your account remains active:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. berpkr strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be closed immediately, all deposits returned (minus any withdrawal fees), and all winnings forfeited.
- You must be a real, natural person acting on your own behalf — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently active on berpkr or any affiliated platform.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a berpkr employee, where such relationship could create a conflict of interest.
berpkr reserves the right to ask for proof of age and eligibility at any time. Until proof is provided to our satisfaction, berpkr may suspend deposits, withdrawals, and access to games on your account.
Each player may hold only one active account on berpkr. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
When registering your berpkr account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC or passport), your current Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your mobile number changes, you must notify berpkr support promptly.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your berpkr login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. berpkr will never ask you to share your password. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
If you believe your berpkr account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact support immediately at support@berpkr.app so we can suspend access and investigate.
berpkr uses your mobile number as the primary identifier and communication channel. Make sure the number you register is one you actively use and have access to — it will be used for OTP verification, withdrawal confirmations, and important account notifications.
berpkr is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process and applies to all accounts regardless of deposit method or VIP tier. The documents required are:
- A clear photo or scan of your CNIC (both sides) or your passport bio page. The document must be valid and unexpired.
- A selfie of yourself holding the identity document next to your face. This confirms the document belongs to you.
- Confirmation of your registered mobile number via OTP.
Additional verification may be requested for large withdrawals, accounts flagged by fraud detection systems, or as part of enhanced due diligence. This may include proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa wallet showing your name) or a source of funds declaration.
You may deposit and play freely while KYC is pending. Withdrawals are held until verification is approved. The review process typically takes under one hour on business days. Once approved, KYC status remains valid for the lifetime of your berpkr account unless your documents expire or your details change materially.
All transactions on berpkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). berpkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit card.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of each transaction. berpkr charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own charges — berpkr is not responsible for third-party fees.
berpkr applies a same-method withdrawal rule wherever technically possible — your withdrawal is directed back to the payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent funds being redirected to accounts not belonging to the account holder. Exceptions may be granted in documented cases where the original payment method is no longer available, subject to enhanced identity verification.
Withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) once approved. IBFT withdrawals complete within one business day. Card withdrawals complete within one to three business days. These timelines apply after any required KYC review and bonus wagering checks are cleared.
berpkr reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending a security review if the transaction pattern on the account triggers our fraud detection systems. In such cases, berpkr will notify the player and indicate the approximate review timeframe.
Only deposit money that belongs to you and that you can afford to lose. berpkr does not extend credit to players. Deposits are final — they cannot be reversed once credited to your berpkr balance.
berpkr offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page at /promotions.
- Eligibility: All bonuses are available only to verified berpkr accounts aged 18 or over. Each promotion may be claimed only once per player, per household, and per device unless stated otherwise. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses more than once will be closed and winnings forfeited.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity window or the bonus and associated winnings will expire.
- Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games, and some other categories may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
- Bonus Validity: Welcome bonus funds expire 30 days after crediting. Free spins expire 7 days after crediting. Other bonuses carry their own expiry windows as stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without exception.
- Withdrawal During Active Bonus: If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active and wagering is incomplete, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Only your real-money balance at the time of the withdrawal request will be paid out.
- Abuse Prevention: berpkr actively monitors for bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, coordinated bonus farming, use of automated wagering systems, and staking patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk. We reserve the right to void bonuses and winnings and close accounts where abuse is detected.
All games available on berpkr are sourced from licensed third-party providers. The rules of each game are governed by the game provider's own rule set, which is accessible within the game interface. In cases of conflict between berpkr's general terms and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule takes precedence for that game.
berpkr does not modify game outcomes, alter RTP figures, or adjust house edges. Stated RTP values reflect the theoretical long-run return of the game as certified by the provider. Individual session results will naturally deviate from theoretical RTP — this is normal statistical variance and does not indicate a fault or manipulation.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, game freeze, or display error — berpkr's system logs are the authoritative record of any bets placed. Any bet that cannot be confirmed in the system logs at the time of the malfunction is deemed void and the stake returned. berpkr is not liable for losses arising from technical faults outside our control, including issues on your own device or internet connection.
For sports betting, all markets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). berpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where there is clear evidence of match fixing or other corruption, regardless of the apparent outcome.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on berpkr and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
- Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the berpkr platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the berpkr platform, games, or payment systems.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the berpkr platform in any non-human manner without written authorisation.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
- Abusing the berpkr bonus system in any manner, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, hedging bets across accounts to neutralise risk, or systematically seeking zero-risk wagering strategies.
- Using chargebacks or payment disputes to recover funds that were legitimately deposited and wagered on berpkr. Any chargeback initiated against berpkr will result in immediate account closure and recovery proceedings.
berpkr employs advanced fraud detection and transaction monitoring tools. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with any prohibited conduct above will be flagged for manual review. This review may result in withdrawal holds, document requests, or account closure.
berpkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to help players stay in control, all available in your account settings at no charge:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which berpkr will automatically log you out.
- Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net session result.

- Account Cooling-Off: Request a short-term account suspension of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without triggering a formal self-exclusion record.

You may close your berpkr account at any time by contacting support at support@berpkr.app. If there is a real-money balance remaining (and no active bonus wagering requirements), it will be refunded to your last verified withdrawal method within five business days of the closure request.
berpkr reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
- Provision of false or misleading personal information.
- Inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
Where an account is closed by berpkr due to breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. In cases where closure is initiated by berpkr for reasons other than breach — for example, a business decision to exit a particular market — a full balance refund will be provided.
berpkr provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.
berpkr is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:
- Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity failures.
- Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
- Incorrect information provided by third-party game providers.
- Any bet that was placed based on your own assessment, regardless of outcome.
Nothing in these Terms limits berpkr's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. In all other cases, berpkr's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the balance in your berpkr account at the time the claim arises.
berpkr reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications and formatting corrections may be made without prior notice.
The current version of the Terms, with its effective date, is always available at this page. If you disagree with any updated Terms, you must stop using berpkr and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the berpkr platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from your use of berpkr shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and berpkr, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance — the majority of player issues are resolved quickly through direct communication.
If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct support, berpkr operates a formal complaints process. To initiate a formal complaint, email support@berpkr.app with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and include your registered mobile number, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant transaction reference numbers. berpkr will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full response within 10 business days.
