berpkr FAQ – Answers for Pakistani Players Online

Account & Registration

Go to /register and fill in three steps: your full legal name and date of birth; your Pakistani mobile number, email address, and a password; then accept the terms and confirm you're 18 or older. Your account is created the moment you submit. An OTP is sent to your mobile number for verification. The whole process takes under two minutes. You can deposit and start playing as soon as your mobile number is verified.

The minimum age to register and play on berpkr is 18 years. You must confirm this at registration and berpkr verifies age through KYC (identity document check) before withdrawals are enabled. No. berpkr operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Creating a second account — even with a different mobile number or email — is not permitted and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and bonuses forfeited. If you've lost access to your existing account, use the password recovery option or contact support@berpkr.app rather than registering again.

On the /login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered Pakistani mobile number. An OTP will be sent to that number. Enter the OTP, then set a new password. The full process takes about 90 seconds. If you no longer have access to your registered number, email support@berpkr.app with your full name and CNIC details and the team will verify your identity and help you recover access.

Contact berpkr support at support@berpkr.app or via live chat while logged in. For a mobile number change, you'll need to verify your identity with your CNIC. For an email address change, you can do it from account settings once logged in, with an OTP confirmation to the current mobile number. Do not attempt to create a new account with the updated details — use the update process instead.

KYC requires two things: (1) a clear photo of both sides of your CNIC — or the bio page of your passport if you don't have a CNIC — the document must be valid and unexpired; and (2) a selfie of yourself holding the document next to your face. Both can be uploaded as photos from your phone. KYC is reviewed within one hour on business days. Once approved, you don't need to do it again unless your document expires. KYC is required only before your first withdrawal — it doesn't block deposits or playing.
Deposits

Log in to your berpkr account, go to Deposit & Withdrawal, and choose your preferred payment method: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the amount in PKR, confirm on your wallet or card, and your berpkr balance updates within minutes. The minimum deposit is Rs 500.

The minimum deposit on berpkr is Rs 500 (Pakistani Rupees). There is no maximum single deposit cap for most payment methods, though your wallet or bank provider may have their own limits. All deposits are processed in PKR — there are no currency conversion fees on berpkr's end.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically credit within 2–5 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay are similar. Bank transfers (IBFT) can take 15–60 minutes depending on your bank's processing speed. Card payments (Visa/Mastercard) usually credit within 5–10 minutes. If your deposit hasn't appeared within 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods or 2 hours for bank transfers, contact support@berpkr.app with your transaction reference number.

berpkr does not charge any transaction fees on deposits. The full PKR amount you send is what gets credited to your berpkr balance. However, your payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, or your card issuer — may apply their own standard service charges. Those charges are outside berpkr's control and vary by provider.

Don't worry — this situation is fully resolvable. First, wait 30 minutes, as some deposits process with a short delay. If the balance still hasn't appeared, contact support@berpkr.app or use live chat and provide: your registered mobile number, the payment method used, the exact amount, the time of the transaction, and the transaction reference number from your wallet or bank statement. The support team will investigate and resolve it, typically within a few hours.
Withdrawals

Go to Deposit & Withdrawal in your berpkr account, select "Withdraw", choose your method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals go to the same method you used to deposit — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or card. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes after approval. NayaPay and SadaPay are similarly fast. IBFT bank transfers usually arrive within 2–4 hours on business days, sometimes up to 24 hours. Card withdrawals vary by issuing bank — usually 1–3 business days. berpkr's internal approval typically takes under 30 minutes for verified accounts. If your withdrawal hasn't arrived after these windows, contact support.

Common reasons for a pending or rejected withdrawal: KYC not completed — you must verify your identity before the first withdrawal; active bonus wagering requirements not met — if you have an active bonus, its wagering must be completed before the related funds can be withdrawn; incorrect withdrawal details entered; or a temporary account review flag. Check your account notifications for a specific reason. If unclear, contact support@berpkr.app and we'll explain exactly what's needed.

The minimum withdrawal on berpkr is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification level. For fully KYC-verified accounts, the daily withdrawal limit is Rs 500,000 via mobile wallets and Rs 1,000,000 via IBFT. Higher limits for high-volume players can be arranged — contact support@berpkr.app. These limits reset at midnight PKT each day.
Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is automatically credited to your account when you make your first qualifying deposit. No code is needed. Just register, verify your mobile, make your first PKR deposit of Rs 500 or more, and the bonus appears in your account dashboard alongside your real-money balance. A wagering requirement is the total amount you must wager before the bonus funds convert to real withdrawable money. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of Rs 20,000 in eligible bets before you can withdraw the bonus as real money. If a bonus expires before wagering is complete, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings attributed to that bonus are forfeited. Your real-money balance is not affected. Each bonus has its expiry window shown in the terms — check your dashboard to see how much time remains. If you won't be able to meet the requirement in time, you can choose to forfeit the bonus early through your account settings rather than let it expire naturally.

When you refer a friend to berpkr and they register using your referral code, both you and your friend may receive a bonus once the referred player makes their first qualifying deposit. Your referral code is available in your account dashboard under "Refer a Friend".
